Question: Why do parents not get actual marks on five week reports?
Answer: The purpose of five week reports is to provide parents with an idea of how their kids are doing in a particular subject. After five weeks, there often haven't been enough graded assignments, quizzes, tests and projects to provide a fair and reliable average for a student, which is the primary reason we don't include actual grades on five week reports.
